SERVICES

• ​All works requires a deposit to book our time and prevent loss of earnings through cancellations. Any cancellations within 48 hours of job commencing is fully refundable. Any cancellations thereafter will mean the deposit is non refundable.

• Balance must be cleared by the date set on the invoice to avoid additional charges or interest. If you need special conditions please speak with the office directly. We will look to accommodate special conditions if reasonable.

• If we do not receive payment for works complete we reserve the right to reclaim our materials and your deposit will be non refundable. This is under the all monies clause were we remain owner of the materials until payment is made.

• Our guarantee is based on reasonable conditions and we do not cover any damage as a result of wear and tear or client Negligence. Any malicious actions will also not be covered we reserve the right of judgement in these cases.

• We do not offer any refunds on materials once used, they are perishables and not covered by our guarantee. 

• We do not offer any refunds where the work is deemed not suitable and there is no clear contract in place for scope of works.

• We reserve the right to correct all our work should there be any errors, we will not be liable if someone else attempts to correct our work.
